Jason Bernstein, Esq.

Jason has worked with X-A-M Sports since its inception in 2003 and manages X-A-M Sports' Washington DC office. An attorney and NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor, Jason graduated from Vanderbilt Law School in 2005 after earning his Bachelor of Science at Tufts University in 2002. In addition to more than a decade of experience working in the athlete representation and sports marketing business, Jason had previously worked with various patent, telecommunications and real estate law firms and is currently a member of the Maryland Bar. Since 2005, Jason has co-represented several of the top NFL Draft classes, serving as one of the lead negotiators for player contracts and endorsement deals for X-A-M's clients. Jason currently resides in Bethesda, Maryland.
